na·pa cabbage or nap·pa cabbage  (n?p??, nä?p?)n. A plant (Brassica rapa subsp. pekinensis) of the mustard family, having an elongated head of overlapping, crinkled, broad-stalked leaves and eaten as a vegetable in eastern Asian cuisine.
